Koroneiki olives are pressed together with fresh basil from our estate which releases the distinct aromas and oils of the basil leaves. The flavours are fresh and grassy with the poignant aroma of the basil. It is creamy and nicely balanced by the lovely peppery finish from our extra virgin olive oil. Ideal for: salads, drizzled over bruschetta, pasta, marinades for white meats, grilled sandwiches, popcorn or just dunk a baguette in it!
Note: This is wonderful on a tomato-mozzarella salad, burrata and fior di latti.
