REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any food items because
- You do not like the item
- You have purchased more food than you required
There are no refunds / exchanges on gift baskets or gift basket items
All sale/discounted items are final sales
PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS
We make every effort to sell you cheese and charcuterie in excellent condition. If there is a problem with your purchase, please let us know. All claims must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
SHELF STABLE FOOD ITEMS
Refunds must be within 30 days of original purchase. There are no refunds or exchanges on any food items unless the item is defective.
NON-FOOD ITEMS
- Receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges
- All sale/discounted items and books are final sales
- All special orders are final sales
- Items must have tags still on and be in original packaging. They must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued.
- Refunds will be issued in the same tender used for purchase.
EVENT TICKETS
All event ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for tastings. Should something come-up that would prevent you or your guest from attending the event, you are welcome to transfer the spot(s) to another person. If this does occur, please email us in advance with the name(s) of who will be attending in your place.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
Receipt is required for all refunds.
