In keeping with his Swiss heritage, Mr. Fritz Kaiser is a master of Raclette cheese making. As such, the cheese factory produces a wide variety of raclette cheeses. This raclette is a semi-soft, surface-ripened cheese with added whole green peppercorns. It’s nutty aroma combines nicely with the marked spicy and fruit flavour. It’s name originates from the French word ‘racler’ meaning ‘to scrape’, a reference to scraping the melted cheese from the wheel onto potatoes.
We recommend 150-200 grams of cheese per person.
