A very aromatic, very unique Spanish cheese, Queso de Cabra al Romero (literally, Goat Cheese that is rubbed with a generous amount of rosemary. The herb infuses with cheese with a wonderful grassy aroma, which permeates into the smooth white paste, which in turn is brightly citrusy and tangy.
