The Château de Jau vineyard is located on the first foothills of the Corbières in the Agly valley. It extends over a hundred hectares, surrounded by 500 hectares of scrubland in the middle of unspoiled wild landscapes of striking beauty. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2021.
Made from Muscat de Rivesaltes white wine. Bright, crisp and floral with notes of honey and pear. Ideal use for seafood, vinaigrettes, fruit salad and deglazing.
