Marco Giacosa comes to us from the Piemonte region of Northern Italy.  It's a brand discovered by Joe & Allison while on a recent tour of Piemonte in Italy. 

Made with '00' flour, eggs, Barolo wine, red beet root, bay leaf and juniper berries. This is artisan dry pasta at it's best.
