Saganaki
Ingredients
- Four 1/4" slices of Saganaki cheese or Kefalagraviera
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tspn fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemon wedges
Directions
- Soak cheese slices in milk for 10 minutes
- Mix pepper and flour together. Dredge cheese slices in flour
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the cheese slices on both sides, until golden brown.
- Add juice from the lemon wedges and serve hot. Season to taste.
