Myzithra Brown Buttered Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 Lb of pasta (your choice)
- 3/4 Lb of Myzithra cheese (Krinos)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Cook pasta in large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (as per instructions on package)
- Drain pasta
- Melt butter in large skillet and cook just until it starts to foam and turns brown.
- Place spaghetti on plate, sprinkle grated Myzithra over, then drizzle with brown butter and chopped parsley
