Girolle

This traditional cheese curler is used for cutting Tete de Moine.  This cheese is also known as "The Monks Head" and originates from Berner, Switzerland.   Tete de moine is a splendid dessert cheese that can be paired with a glass of sherry, crisp white wine, or fruity red wine.  Your Girolle can also be used for specially made chocolate wheels that fit the girolle.
